I hired Samantha to do 2 closings for me, there is a mistake in one off the 2 properties she handle back in 2016. I have failed 3 closings for a mistake in her part. God have I have Email her, called her office etc. I don't even get a call back or a reply . Go figure. So tired off trying to have her give me a response. Not happy at all

After reading all the positive reviews I was expecting good outcome with Samantha. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow ups. It was a probate situation. She never called me back, followed up on emails of voice mails. I was sure she had forgotten about me . I got the impression that I didn’t matter a whole lot. Maybe if I had a bigger case she might have been more interested.

Filed taxes and opened LLCs with her. She was lovely. But when I acquired real estate and was seeking guidance, she was no where to be found. I emailed, made calls. Maybe she was on vacation. Maybe she didn't want to deal with the extra hassle. I'll never know. No one even got back to me.
