Terrible law firm to work with. We treated one of their patients. We provide the firm with a breakdown of the first 2 months of care so that everyone is aware of the financial obligations. During the treatment of their client we communicated the need for additional evaluations, an MRI. They never got back to us. We finally closed the case and provided the law firm with the medical records and invoices. All along the law firm was aware of our invoices and then they settled the case two years later and pretty much paid us nothing. And then wanted to reduce the amount and we had to contact them multiple times to discuss why they told us that our invoices were fine during the treatment, but when the case was closed they paid a 10th of our fees. They set me up with a doctor (DR. LAVI) who not only did not treat me properly for my TMJ, nor did he send me to a specialist. This cost me a lot of money in my claim. I fired them, and went with another law firm who got me a much bigger settlement that what Martirosyan was trying to settle for. Dr. Lavi ended up being an absolute fraud, and ended up in jail. I’m seeking others affected by Dr. Lavi similarly.
