I reached out to Cherundolo Law Firm regarding a potential medical malpractice case. Although I understand that law firms have to assess cases based on financial feasibility, I was disappointed by how quickly mine was declined, not because of the merits of what happened to me, but based on whether the outcome would "offset the time and expense" of litigation. What I went through was real. The physical trauma, emotional exhaustion, and lasting impact on my life, especially as a mother, deserve acknowledgment. I didn’t expect guarantees, only an honest attempt to stand beside someone who has been through harm. Instead, the response felt like another system turning away from women who are trying to be heard. While their decision may not reflect their opinion about the care I received, it highlights a flaw in the system: too often, the depth of a woman’s pain is measured in dollars, not dignity. I’m speaking up not to change their mind, but because every "claim" is a real human story. And mine deserves to be seen.

I couldn't have asked for a better law firm to represent my family. Mr. Cherundolo drove over an hour to meet with us at my house and knew we had a lot on our plate so he asked us to trust him and that he would take care of everything while we focused on taking care of our son.
