If I could give 0 stars I would. I just called the number and was told Mr Evans has passed away sometime last year and they closed the business in June 2024 and sold accounts to Fabiano law out of syracuse and other accounts went else where. I've paid rothman over 2000$ and they are stating that I still owe another 1100$ . I have received no paper work or legal papers and will not be doing do until I receive what I owe in writing with what I've already paid !!!!!

Warning! This low-end agency does not keep records of payment made. If you are making payments on a debt, keep track of your records and call every month to request a statement showing the most recent payment. We paid over $5,200 (for over 10 years) and they claim it was less the $4k. They do not send statements, even if requested. They also charge 9% interest, DAILY on your original balance. Our $3,000 medical bill ended up being $8,000 once they added interest. Dishonest doesn’t start to describe them.

If I could give a negative I would l. He lies, cheats and steals...I found that in April 2021 he filed a claim against me, lied to the courts stating he nailed and mailed which he didn't and I can provide proof he didn't. So I called the company that this is for and they said they never sold him my information...he is going through people's credit reports and going after them for claims he has no rights too. When you do call he's so rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! This place is the biggest joke! They call themselves a "debt collector" I have called them at least 20 times and requested an itemized bill for the last month. I have received nothing, even after they said they sent it out. These people are a joke. They do enjoy hanging up on you though 👎🏻

Every time I’ve spoken with them they’ve been just incredibly rude. Whomever the woman is that answers the phone is not personable. I also submitted a payment through their portal and they had no records of it. I provided the proof on my end and all I got was "I’ll look into it" never mentioned a call back. I just am not pleased by their professionalism

If you are unfortunate to have to deal with this group, please keep in mind that they are a collection agency which will lie, misquote, and play dirty in order to get paid. Don’t believe a word they say. Ultimately your case will end up in court and reported to credit bureau. If you make arrangements, they do not keep word. Slippery dirtbags!

If you need money and don't care where it comes from, these are your lawyers! They have no problem extorting it from innocent parties, should the opportunity arise. They are not concerned with pesky norms like morality or basic humanity. Would they take $26K from a young family with foster kids, even if they know for a fact they have nothing to do with your debt? You bet they would!
