Megan was not helpful. Had a question regarding my HOA provided my question three business days in advance. She took my call and was completely unprepared. Zero initiative to find the answer to my question. She was very nice so two stars, but if she’s a reflection of the group yikes.

Scheduled appointment for trust transition to new trustee. When I get there they lied and told me someone called and cancelled. There was ABSOLUTELY NO CALL MISSED OR VOICEMAIL!!! Said they thought it was more of a litigation than transition to new trustee. I am partially handicapped and had to then wait an hour to get handicapped ride home!!!!
