I was referred to Jesse Cooks office by the Arizona Tenant Advocates and all I can say is I’m utterly unimpressed with his assistant attorney Ethan Aman’s services. He didn’t seem to be very aggressive like their website states they are or apply hardly any pressure on the landlord in my opinion. Even with all the photos and videos given I don’t think he made any compelling arguments to my landlord. I’m going to even say it was quite wimpy representation. I can speculate but this is just my opinion. Maybe my landlords attorney didn’t take him serious because one of the first things that come up when you google his name is a pretty unprofessional Twitter/X with his photo and a bunch of in my opinion juvenile immature postings.
