I recently hired Hannah Law Firm to help with my living trust, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He provided great service, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was handled professionally. It’s a relief to have my estate planning in order, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney.

Unfortunately I can not recommend. I recently called this firm for help filing a divorce. The lady i spoke with did all she could to not take my business. I found this very weird. A simple uncontested divorce. Like anybody i called several different firms so I could choose who would be best for me. Having moved here from Ohio i initially thought it may be a issue for me but to my surprise it's not. Having read Texas law it says I only needed to prove residency here for at least 6 months. I've been here a bit longer than that. Every other firm i spoke with confirmed that was correct except this firm. The lady i spoke with was "unsure" and before even consulting with the attorney herself she decided to simply tell me the attorney wouldn't be interested in my case. Way to speak for someone else! This woulda been the easiest money ever for this place. All we need are papers to sign. I guess I'll choose elsewhere. Thanks for blowing me off.

My wife and I engaged Mr Hannah to consult and create our Wills & Trust. From the initial conversation, to the estate planning questionnaire, to the final meeting to execute the documents, the process was remarkably painless and simple. Mr Hannah talked in plain, clear English and made all the options easy to understand. All in all he did a fantastic job and we'd have no hesitation in recommending him. We still can't believe how easy this was to do and how we are now much more protected from things like probate in the future.

After a phone discussion with Mr. Hanna we completed a questionnaire online. We were moving from wills to a family trust. A meeting was set up within a week. The meeting was extremely organized. Everything was explained and ready for our signatures. We are so happy that we chose the Hanna Law Firm.
