I had the pleasure of utilizing Mike's service during the sale of a business. His explanations were thorough and "in plain English". His pricing was very fair and the project was completed in a timely fashion. His assistant, Renee, was more than patient and courteous during all of the contract modifications we asked to make. Michael and Renee are always very responsive and always available to help with any questions you may need. I just used him for a personal real estate transaction and they were on top of it and very quick to help my husband and I in getting what we needed. Mike defended me against a very aggressive and in unreasonable contractor. Lucky to have them during a difficult time. Very professional and successful strategy during small claim court follow up an appeal court. I am so glad to trust Mike and follow his strategy.
