It’s nearly impossible to put into words how grateful I am for Rachael Rolon. I found myself in desperate need of a business attorney at a minutes notice and Rachael came highly recommended by another attorney in the area. I scheduled a 30 minute consultation call with Rachael to discuss my situation and I immediately knew I wanted her in my corner. From then on, she absolutely exceeded my expectations. Although I know Rachael stays very busy with numerous clients, she always made me feel as if I was her only one. I never felt rushed through conversations, she was extremely responsive, and her high level of knowledge made me feel at ease every step of the way. She always valued my opinions and sincerely wanted the very best outcome possible for me. Rachael is a true professional. She has a very impressive resume and it doesn’t take long to realize how skilled and well versed she is when working with her. I’m beyond thankful for Rachael and everything she did for me. I will use her for years to come and I highly recommend her to any friend or family member in need of her services.

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING. I only left a 5 star review because I have respect for Mrs. Rolon and do not want to see her firm suffer for her poor ability in choosing employees. I will, however, leave this review to help any future clients of this firm. If you are to hire this firm ONLY work with Mrs. Rolon, herself, or any other attorney who works at the firm EXCEPT Kristen Blair. Only hire Mrs. Blair if you’d like to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars for work that another attorney could do in half the price and time. You will wait MONTHS before things will be done on your matter. Then be charged thousands close to the ends of the month/year (I can only assume this is because this is when her quota is due). Then when you finally get some progress it will be filled with inaccuracies and sloppiness. I can’t forget to mention that when you actually meet with Mrs. Blair, that she seems inebriated or under the influence. She will interrupt you and be rude. The list goes on as to why you should hire another attorney at this firm, I can only hope that Mrs. Rolon will fix the issues within her firm so future and current clients no longer suffer like I had to. My wife and I hire retained Abby and Kristen from the Rolon Law Firm to prepare new estate planning documents since the last set was executed 19 years ago. Abby and Kristen completed the assignment in less than one week and issued documents that reflect the current State and Federal legal framework, as well as our family situation. The process was seamless, with communication via zoom and in person. We couldn't be happier with this experience and highly recommend to others to go through the same process of updating estate documents and trust the Rolon Law Firm with the task.

Rachel and her team treated me like family during a very painful and stressful period. The assistance and advice I received from the firm was immensely helpful and eased my burden as an executor. I recommended the Rolon firm to my own family and friends, and I recommend them to anyone who reads this review.

No I do not recommend this attorney. Charged me a $7000 retainer fee and accomplished nothing but a few emails and phone calls before asking me for more money. I had another attorney review her itemized charges and they agreed that she overcharged for the work that was done. She also didn't clear anything with me before proceeding forward with spending my money. She also doesn't seem to be very experienced with litigation. I do not recommend Rachael Rolon unless you want to hire an attorney who pads charges to line her pocket.

The Rolon Law Firm is first rate. We needed wills and estate planning after we had our first child. Death and taxes, two topics no one wants to talk about, but ultimately we knew we needed to address for our family. Rachael met our every need and question regarding preparing our wills and estate planning giving us peace of mind. She looks at all the angles, she is bright and thought of scenarios and solutions we would not have considered otherwise. I highly recommend her firm for all of your civil litigation and estate needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Rachael's handling of a complicated business case which became a fraud case as the facts became evident.
