Ketti is NOT at all versed in juvenile law, her colleagues know this too. She took on my case with DCS and did absolutely nothing to defend me and my rights- my children were very close to being permanently sent off until I decided to switch lawyers (which she argued with me about!). With the new lawyer, the case was closed very quickly. Not only that, she gave me the worst advice which not only stained my record, but also caused this case to be prolonged. If you’re like me, just go with the public defender.

I used this lawyer for my divorce case with children over 5 years ago. My now ex filed first and she said we should file since I hadn't received the paperwork yet. That is not how it goes. After the circus that ensued and then being called by the judges secretary to convey to me that my paperwork needed to be refiled because it was not acceptable, and being out the retainer fee, I had let her go and had to go down to the courthouse and refile all the paperwork myself with the help of the staff working in the law library. I got nothing from the thousands I spent other than loss of money, extra time I had to take off of work, and the need to consult another attorney.
