I was so pleased working with Mark at Lancer Law. It's always a gamble to try out a new business attorney. I've had my share of some that didn't know what they were doing. Mark was not only knowledgeable, he actually thought through the many options available and explained them to me in a way that was easy to understand. Mark did not push me to go to court. I reached out to Lancer law due to a problem with a 2nd loan I had on my home. I could not get a straight answer from the mortgage company. I had tried for 5 years. I spoke to Mark Heckele, managing Partner and he advised what needed to be done. He kept me informed every step of the way. He sent the mortgage company the paperwork to release the lien due to the statutes of limitations in AZ and advised they had 20 days to respond. They responded on the 26th day with a lien release. I have been asked to retract my review. So I will be clearer. We provided a contract for the attorney before our meeting so they could be prepared for our consultation, and it was clear that they had never received it. Additionally, we made it clear that we were under a tight timeline, so that was a requirement for us. Even with this information, they moved our appointment by 24 hours and then showed up unprepared.
