I scheduled an appointment over the phone and personally spoke with Ms. Errico. This was 1 week in advance. When I arrived at my scheduled time, 9:15 the office door was locked. I called and left messages for Ms. Errico and her assistant saying that I was waiting in the lobby. After a few minutes the office door was unlocked so I entered and waited again. Called again leaving messages. Around 9:30 2 women strolled in with a box of donut holes and EX L coffee drinks. I assumed one was her assistant? Finally, after waiting some more, the assistant asked if my presence was known? I said that I had appointment with Ms. Errico. Apparently she inquired and finds out that Ms. Errico isn’t coming in?? Ok so I reschedule for the next day at the same time. I arrive again, and have to wait until another assistant tells me that Ms. Errico was not in again. They said that a voicemail was left at 7:30. I left for work and didn’t have my cell with me. The assistants were not kind and had lousy attitudes.
