Robert Pearson is absolutely the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. He is the worst communicator and is completely useless. The most non responsive attorney I have ever seen. I would totally stay away from this attorney. He is shady in his business practices and no help at all. Worst attorney ever!!

No communication. Not a good person. Not willing to lend a helping hand and a very selfish person. Typical stereotypical attorney.

I am writing about my experience with the Law Office of Robert Pearson regarding matters related to Moayad Musin, who died on 3/2/26. I understand a girlfriend was the designated authorized agent and had legal authority for burial decisions. Unfortunately loving family members were left without information or communication during approximately 12 days after Mr. Musin's passing. On or about 4/13/26, a family member from out of state called with inquiries and was told Mr. Musin had been buried approximately three weeks earlier. Based on information obtained afterward, that statement was incorrect and Mr. Musin had in fact been cremated, which is contrary to Islamic burial practices and was distressing to the family. In a situation involving a death, providing inaccurate information creates significant confusion and distress for those trying to understand what has happened. In addition, there was no follow-up communication to clarify the situation or confirm whether the office was handling any probate or related matters. Calls were not returned, and no clear guidance was provided. When one family member attempted to follow up, she was told that no further calls should be made to the office and the call was ended. Regardless of any legal limitations on what can be disclosed, this response lacked professionalism and basic courtesy during an already difficult time. Clear, accurate, and respectful communication is essential when dealing with grieving families. That standard was not met in this experience. Based on the handling of this matter, I would not recommend this office.
