They made the entire process of creating our will, trust, and other essential documents incredibly smooth, guiding us through tasks we had put off for far too long. They were consistently responsive, easy to work with, and took the time to clearly explain every question we had, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind at the end of the day. Hermance Law did an outstanding job helping my parents create their living trust. They truly made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience feel smooth and comfortable. Hermance Law delivered a solid product at a fair price. Jennifer was very patient and understanding with my wife and was excellent with communication and easy to work with. Everyone at the business was excellent about messaging and very professional. I only have two constructive criticisms. #1 I didn't appreciate the car salesman like pressure sale tactics at the initial information session visit. I appreciated the lunch and the information and i had done my research and come with the intention to work with the business and spend money, but the whole "This is the special price if you pay today stuff" feels like pressure sale gimmicks you would get in a street market and doesn't mesh with the way I like to conduct business. Criticism #2 The business does a ton of outreach to build the business and my hat is off to them for the hard work they put into that outreach, but there are many Spanish speakers in our community who are home owners and have assets worth protecting. Not having any information sessions in Spanish strikes me as a lost opportunity to grow the business.

Christa offered a very comprehensive overview of general estate planning and trusts and wills. I learned great deal about the types of trusts and how to protect my family. Her planner she gives each prospect is also very detailed and enables one to be able to plan ahead for the meeting with the attorney. Her prices are very fair.

So much great information. It was well worth the time. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. And I mean anyone, you may think you don't need it but you don't want your wishes held up because you didn't. She explained everything and was so wonderful.

Working with Jennifer was so easy. We were really nervous about working on our Trust and had put it off for several years. We received a referral and went ahead with the planning. She guided us step by step on each issue/topic, gave us detailed answers and processed all our paperwork ahead of time! She was also extremely patient with us sorting through some of the more difficult decisions. We cannot recommend her and staff highly enough!!!
