I do not recommend Phil Martinez. He gave me bad information regarding a plea agreement for a lack of research on his part and failed to keep a commitment he made to me for a lack integrity. You would save more money trying to be your own lawyer, probably accomplish the same.

Mr. Sam Martinez is an excellent lawyer. He did a great job with my husband's case. I would hire is firm in the future. Very professional and very reliable firm.

Phil lied to my husband. Told him it was a time served get out of jail plea agreement. Instead it was a get out of jail bond, return for sentencing three months later. The judge will decide how much time he will return to serve. Phil violated a POA signed by my husband, and filed in three state courthouses including McClennan County and Federal Court Clerk. He has sold my husband's soul.

Gave significantly less than bare minimum effort for pro bono cps case. The humans you represent in these scenarios arent at fault that you're obligated to serve a certain amount of pro bono cases a year. You can still hold yourself to a minimum standard and actually try.

He wasn't in when I called but he called me back the next day on the weekend that was Great👌

I would recommend Phil to anyone. He is an amazing attorney and will fight for his client.
