My wife and I went to Tom over ten years ago when she was involved in a hit and run accident while my kids were in the car. He was good at first, then he just stopped returning correspondence and requests for her case file. She had already been deposed and we were expecting a settlement, but to this day we cannot get him to even return a call, much less take the case to a different lawyer. Would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE! In fact, I tell everyone I know about this so that they don't have to go through the same thing.

Since there isn't a no star rating.. I'm at a lose for words. My experience with tom has been a nightmare to say the least. Quite similar to the previous review. All about helping us out at first. Then nothing. I even did my own investigative work to prove my case to him. Imagine one of your children died due to someone else's negligence anf then having to prove to your attorney that theres a case. After a year and a couple months he is withdrawing. I believe him to be incompetant and unprofessional as a personal injury attorney. I wouldn't recommend him for anything and plan to share my experience where ever I go. The man couldn't even get my sons birthday or the day he died right on a subpoena. Didnt care about me, my remaining kids or most heartbreaking didnt care about my son. Formal complaint will be filed with the ARDC.. The lack of compassion is purely devastating at such a trying time for my children and I. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth..

2020/21. Campe does not return phone calls or emails once he accepts your case. I constantly had to do the legwork of gathering medical records and such. When I wasn't getting any action or responses I asked him on at least 2 occasions in the 18 months into my case to release himself so that I could find someone else who had the time and the funds to pursue my case. He did not and insisted up until the 18th month that he did indeed want the case. On the 18th month of 24 months allowed to file my case he had the nerve to "email" me (after weeks of emails to him with no response) to say he was removing himself. I immediately called a larger law firm to see if it wasn't too late. It was too late. The case was too big and involved to pursue. After reading other reviews I see that he has done this to others as well. He is shameful. Upsetting peoples lives with his incompetence. Do yourself a favor and run from this attorney if it involves medical negligence.
