Heartless people… Don’t walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. Would not recommend. She did represent and brought nothing but the bare minimum to where I now need another attorney. Said they’d more so give my retainer back…. No I owed more and if I was a few days late. Immediately willing to sue me. Both Marsha and Chelsea are people that don’t care. Stay away from this law firm

AVOID Marcia Zimmerman at all costs. She is a downright nasty, unprofessional and disrespectful attorney to her OWN clients. I hired her, she got her money and she tore into me for a question I asked on only our second conversation. I FIRED HER as there was no way I could’ve worked with that women going forward. You already have enough stress and discontent going through a divorce - you certainly don’t need it from someone you are paying a lot of money too. DO NOT waste your time and money with Marcia Zimmerman. She is a dreadful person!

Caution! Seek other means of legal representation. Mishandled to begin with. I paid the better part of twenty thousand dollars for one mediation that was a friend of Lutturbie. At the beginning I interviewed with Zimmerman, and then was assigned with Lutturbie. Lindsay Lutturbie then decides to change firms telling me I need to pay another retainer and Zimmerman is going to withdraw. Also with a court date already set, so I have to come up with another retainer fee before the court date.

I had to use this firm (specifically Lindsay Lutterbie ) in order to get a divorce after 22 years of marriage. I have never been divorced or listened to other peoples stories. I was very unprepared for the experience. The most important thing they did to help me was to save me from myself. I wanted to be nice to my ex. They convinced me to protect myself. To treat this divorce as a business transaction minus the emotions and sentiment. I was encouraged to change the locks on the house that I was granted thru mediation, and finally the court. I learned my ex had intended to go through the house and wipe me out while I was at work. She would have if I hadn't changed those locks. They helped protect my hard earned assets. Help me arrive at a fair comprimise without "giving away the farm. " The ex had tried to get down and dirty and I believe Lindsay put the brakes on that. I have no complaints. They were a great team to work with in a time when I needed experience on my side. ~ Tommy

Lost my case and now they charging me to appeal. They told me they get me my child and yet no results so far.
