I have been working with Bernadette for 11 months. She is compassionate, caring, experienced, and very professional. She handled every aspect of my divorce and went out of her way multiple times to help me. She followed up with me after difficult moments and I felt that she really cared. Bernadette is not a good lawyer. She didn't help us with the case at all. Had our number blocked and didn't even realize that she did. When we asked for her to withdraw from the case because she hadn't helped at all, we received inaccurate invoices in which all our retainer was used. Never received an invoice before we called and asked for our retainer back. You will be throwing your money away. Run the other way. She took advantage of us and will probably take advantage of you too. BEWARE.

Horrible experience!!! Bernadette Gonzales is a rip off and has poor communication skills along with her unprofessional staff. I had to fire her before we even got started with my case! Thank god her true colors showed immediately before I had her represent me! She took my retainer and then went MIA on me. I have found other counsel at Johnson Law group which as been amazing!
