Karen braem is a hypocrite of an attorney. Had the date of a hearing against me fast tracked 2 separate occasions and after being unsuccessful twice she is doing the most to prolong the date of further proceedings. If you want an unethical, unprofessional, and unsuccessful (from my experience) then definitely throw your money away and hire her otherwise I’d recommend anyone else

If I could give zero stars I would. We wanted to get clarification about an invoice, the attorney was extremely rude in answering any questions and was extremely hostile in any dialogue we had. We just had a very simple question and still did not answer it. She was not personable and I do not recommend engaging with this law firm.

DO NOT USE this firm. I’ve been using this eviction firm for several years, and I’ve had enough. Their communication is consistently terrible, they rarely respond to emails, and I often don’t get updates on critical events like trial outcomes of my tenants. I’m left in the dark and end up having to call their office just to find out what’s going on with my own cases, which thoroughly delays an already delayed process. When I do call, they act like I’m bothering them or that they’re annoyed I even reached out! You're not doing me a favor--I'm paying for your services. As a paying client, I expect basic professionalism and timely communication, especially when dealing with something as complex as evictions. Unfortunately SBWP seems unwilling or unable to provide that. I cannot recommend them to anyone who values clear, respectful, and basic law services.

They were very helpful and really nice they did everything to make me feel that it was hope for me

Olivia is incredibly rude, hung up on my call the first time I reached out, I called back and had a nasty attitude because she was doing "time sensitive things", which is understandable and I wouldn’t have minded if she asked to call back. I’m trying to resolve things before we get to court, they refuse to take my payment and or speak to me or my husband. I really feel like she has something personal going on and is letting it out at her job. She needs to reevaluate the way she speaks to people.

Terrible and not to mention they actully lied and made me feel like a Karen for calling them out they whoever Toni is don’t trust a word she says I’d already be paying on this but I’m dealing with back n forth on an agreed settlement because the one discussed yo be apperently never happend and I’m crazy. Like dealing with bratty teenagers it was the most unprofessional group of people I think I’ve ever dealt with other than bad cops

I have had the opportunity to use SBWP for several evictions just recently. I felt they were awesome! Their entire staff is very knowledgeable, they responded quickly to questions, and they strive to provide good service. Their fees are clearly stated and are very reasonable. They are clearly on the landlord's side and very efficient. Thanks all.
