I hired David after I interviewed more than 5 attorneys. David was the most charismatic one and seemed to be very professional. At the end I spend 9000$ for a very simple case, but the case didn't move toward resolution at all, I had to fire David for not performing his job. David was very strong in talking when HE needed something, but he didn't do any work, moreover he didn't answer most of the questions I asked. I had to negotiate all the terms with my wife by myself, because David was absolutely useless during negotiation. Even after me and my wife come to an agreement, David and other attorney were unable to prepare settlement agreement, providing bunch of excuses instead of creating an agreement document. Please be aware that the only thing David wants from you is to get your payment, to do the job is not his priority. Don't waste your money. After I fired David, I had to teach him how to properly remove him from my online case.
