I had the privilege of having Jessica as my Representation in my Family Law Case when nobody else would help me or take my case on! She went above and beyond and never made me feel like I didn't have a voice or options for our circumstances. She was always professional and extremely prepared. I believe Jessica has many cases she works on, but she never made me feel like mine wasn't top priority. She traveled to my county and helped me feel confident and ready for court appearances. She was flexible in scheduling meetings or phone calls and was always very direct. Her staff was just as helpful as she was! I could not have asked for a better lawyer and even though I hope to not need one again, if I do, she will be the first person I contact and secure!

I would like to have a different star base and comment but... Jessica was super rude in her one and only response back to me. Never had an attorney before never ever and so I don't know protocols or anything. I got the rudest snap back one and only response and I did what she asked and apologized for not knowing her and any protocol to reaching out to a lawyer. Well it's been 2 weeks in counting and I did what she asked in the one and only rude attitude response she had and not one word or idea or concern or not one lil act of consideration or communication back to me when I begged and pleased for help and that I had no clue where to start or how to obtain the info or help that I needed. Very disappointed in this and how she represents this law firm but treats and talked to me when all I did was cry for help....

Jessica Leavitt is the best attorney. She and her amazing team will fight for you with knowledge, integrity and grit. If you're fighting for your life and family, she is the attorney you need.

I would not refer Jessica to anyone that requires phone or email communication. The only way to get time with council is to set up a meeting in her office. Way to many promises and lip service. Trying to get information or find out what's going on with your case is not an option. Very poor experience and had to hire new council due to her inability to make something happen. By the way Jeff Lowe is NOT an attorney at this law firm.. He has opened his own practice. Congrats Jeff!

He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. His assistant, Rachael, and the rest of the team is very friendly and professional and respond very promptly to any contact I make.
