Our closing last September with Lawson went smooth yes however we needed a ROW/Easement completed which my husband and I as well as the other party involved had already drawn it up so all he needed to do was make it legal. Yes there were questions that came up which delayed the process, other issues to be handled but each one was to be handled separately. We had to reschedule a few meetings due to the flu and viruses. We met in November discussed issues, research to be done etc. Met on February 3rd, showed him all the research to do away with Farm Rd Use, ROW to be completed as well. He said it would take 2 weeks. It is now March 25th. I have reached out 8 different times between email, texts, and calls since March 4th asking for an update and advising him that we need the ROW completely executed before Monday March 30th so construction can begin. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!! Find another lawyer/law firm bc this ain’t the one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
