I don’t know where to begin. My very first time I had to get a lawyer didn’t know what to expect but I am glad I was able to get Tom Bellone for my worker’s compensation case. Not only did he fight to get me a higher amount from worker’s comp, but he also was able to get a higher amount for the settlement payout. Tom is very caring he values your opinion and he makes sure to get you what you are owed. I have nothing bad to say my entire experience was well worth the time. I recommend Tom Bellone 100%.

We met with Tom Bellone Jr. in his White Plains, NY office as we were coming from Connecticut. He was very courteous, professional and understanding to our situation and most importantly, willing to help us. Along the way, calls and emails were returned promptly. Any questions we had were always answered. I was never left hanging. He did what he could for us and in the end, the case was ruled in our favor. We could not have done this without him. Robert Bellone represented me on 2 separate occasions, losing both times. Unprepared for court both times. Doesn't respond to calls or texts. Needless to say he had been fired and I will be consulting a different attorney. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!
