My family had the pleasure of working with James McGuinn, when we found ourselves in a situation and we really had no idea what our next step should be. We had a lot of questions and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. He made us feel very comfortable in a vulnerable time and talked us through everything- there was never a dumb question. He was communicative, prompt, straightforward and kind. We live out of state, and he was able to accommodate the niche issues involved with that and help guide us towards a positive result. I was considering not posting a review but after I found out that Lisa communicated with the other party about our court date before consulting with my husband that was my final straw... Its simple we pay HER not the other person, it is a privacy concern to us, if the other person finds out through their own resources then fine, but to email detailed information without asking us, its UNACCEPTABLE. Not to mention the delayed responses, emails that were never replied. We had to find information on our own. Lisa unfortunately delayed our process by WEEKS, even the clerk would wait for a while before receiving the correct documents... Do your research before hiring an attorney that claims they're proficient over the phone.

Here’s the Truth, I encountered a really bad attorney from this firm. I was not represented correctly and to its full potential. I paid and ended up losing more than I would’ve if I had done it on my own. The attorney I got was Dakota. She was not prepared to help me whatsoever. She took on the case, even though she knew she was going to give birth soon and was not gonna be 100% in my case, which I feel was very unprofessional. I spent so much money for nothing. I would not recommend this firm whatsoever. I was treated more as a paycheck than a client. If they leave me a message on my phone they will charge me for that.
