I was injured from a rear ended car accident July 2021. I was referred to Ashcraft & Gerel, the lawyer Mr. Larche notified me that my case would be a very strong case and would take some time. Although time passed the professional and amazing care that I received is top notch! I haven’t fully recovered yet which of course isn’t on them necessarily but I truly would recommend this firm if God forbid you get into a car accident or any legal issues. D. Lindsay

I was injured on the job in 2019 and heard horror stories concerning getting approved for workers compensation benefits. Well, the horror stories came true I was initially denied benefits just as I had heard. Not knowing what to do, I was directed to attorney Alan J. Lowe of Ashcraft & Gerel by a family member who bragged about his ability to achieve a successful outcome. From start to finish Mr. Lowe & his assistant Dawn were outstanding. I was always informed and well prepared by them concerning depositions, hearings and medical appointments. Mr. Lowe seemed to be ahead of the insurance carrier their doctors and attorneys, so much so that I was never caught by surprise. I can honestly say that the legal guidance provided by Mr. Lowe and Dawn was outstanding which led to a very successful settlement in 2021. I wouldn't hesitate to call upon or recommend him to someone else if the need arise. An absolute winner in my opinion. GREAT JOB!

If I could give a zero I would this has been my worst experience ever in my entire life. I’ve dealt with smaller injury lawyers who had less and did ten times more. My case is a slip and fall easy the hotel admitted fault right out the gate. There were ample evidence and every thing. I had put my self in therapy not my lawyer I couldn’t work so I fell into financial ruin. My lawyer tells me don’t worry because all of that will be accounted for in the lawsuit just be patient. I go months before I find out that the lawyer I had no longer worked for the company. My case is now over a year and I have a new lawyer who has to be updated on my case. The lack of communication is unbelievable I’ve repeatedly ask to speak to a partner and that has gone unheard. I’m almost three years in and after a horrible display of competence they are now trying to close my case.

I can’t express how appreciative I am to have had the best attorney in the business Mr Allen Lowe and his team represent me. For 3 1/2 years every move that opposing counsel tried to make Mr Lowe knew and informed me bluntly and direct of what they was going to do before hand and he was always ready to counter it’s like he seen it before it happened also through my most stressful moments through the years Mr Lowe assistant Mrs Dawn Coleman was always there to calm me down and anything I had a question on she always had a quick response and explain things so I can understand them Mr Lowe became not just my Lawyer to me but a friend that I could count on a friend that I feel really had my back a friend that even made sure I had thanksgiving dinner when he really didn’t have to him and his assistant made sure I was taken care of and right before it was settled he got me a couple more $$$ that I am really great full for he never stop working even though I wasn’t his only client by far he made me feel that way thanks again Mr Lowe and Dawn for everything 1-2-3 Defense

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a personal injury lawyer. I never spoke to anyone on the phone or in person. I had to set up my own physical therapy only to find out 4 months later after contacting them that the person was denying fault. How you can deny fault in an accident that was your fault is beyond me. I was on public transportation. I had to stop therapy because it was coming out of my pocket. Then I was told to wait while they tried something.else. Two more months went by and I reach out again to find out that they are no longer representing me. So now I have all this time lost and medical bills and no lawyer in an accident that was the other persons fault. But because they said it wasn’t I guess they’re right. Poor service poor results!!!!
