While the process can take a long time, the staff is helpful to field any questions and gather recent updates about your case. The staff members who answer the phones are especially very helpful!

Totally wouldnt recommend this lawfirm. At first they will call you until you give them your case. When they finally, convence you and have your case they dont care anymore. And everytime you call to get and update seems like they get annoyed. So unproffesional!

Be cautious before working with this company. They may say whatever is necessary to sign you as a client, but once you’re on board, they seem to lose interest. I experienced a complete lack of follow-up for 40 days and was met with unprofessional and rude behavior when I called for an update. Cindy, in particular, accused me of calling too often and being angry, despite my reasonable attempts to get an update. This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I don't see how people can comment negatively when this firm works hard for the justice deserved for the people. They help as much as they can to get the best outcome possible for the circumstance of the case. I haven't seen anyone work as hard as they do. Highly recommended 🙂
