I wish I could give ZERO stars. My father was killed in a motor vehicle accident. We filed for wrongful death. The Vandalia office answered my call one day, the woman was sarcastic. I wanted to change attorneys, but Renee the paralegal from the Dayton office who we normally dealt with asked us not to and to give them a chance. She had much correspondence with me in the beginning, but being my father was legally married and the spouse didn’t have as much to say or ask as I did, she then communicated with the spouse. From what we were told by the prosecutor and troopers with a shocked look on their faces, they say usually the civil suit gets settled after the criminal portion. We were settled in 6 months after my father’s death. I had other questions regarding the work the police did I reached out to Renee twice by text and got no response. Renee did prepare Mike Wright a file for court which he claimed he looked at but still looked back to my father’s spouse and I for yes or no answers regarding family members. Also when we were approached by Mike wright in court, he wasn’t very personable. I’m the daughter of the deceased and he did not shake my hand but shook the hand of my fathers spouse. Might be petty, but when you’re getting a big chunk of a payment, business should be conducted better. Would not go through them again.

Worse decision I ever made choosing them. It's almost 2 years later and I'm still waiting to get my final check. The Attorney that handled my case Rebecca was not returning calls. She lied and told me that because I was going to have to wait on a percentage of my money that their law firm would only take a percentage. Well that didn't happen. And I'm still in pain everyday from my accident and their paid and on to the next. .

The problem that I have is when you email and you leave messages and no one calls you back then you’re told your case will be settled in two weeks and two- four months and I guess from reading these reviews is probably going turn into six years wow and My daughter is on this case and she’s having a lot of medical problems And no one is trying to help her.. What’s so crazy is a prominent person of Ohio referred this law firm I’m not going mention the name 😡

Saw an ad they made on IG of them trying to get people to sue major video game companies for making the game "addicting" on purpose. Next we will sue casinos and sports books because people can’t gamble responsibly. Let’s sue Netflix for making TV shows too binge-worthy. There will be no good things left in this world before long because of greedy desperate firms like this, who prey on people who can’t take accountability for their own actions, and will blame everything on everyone else. Clearly they are the type of firm who wants to sue for anything, and are everything wrong with America’s justice system. Completely unethical.

Overall pleasant experience with this firm! attorney Brooks assisted me and my case and I never felt out of the loop. The office was very well kept and I consistently had a professional experience while visiting. It was comforting to know I could always ask my questions, even if they felt a little stupid. I’m no lawyer but they make it easy to understand and grasp exactly what is going on at every step of the way (without making you feel mansplained or stupid!) Kudos to office of Wright & Schulte!!!!!

I would definitely recommend this firm. On two separate instances, I needed legal help, one for a relative and one for a friend. Was immediately connected with attorney who graciously answered my questions. Connected with relative, arranged their calendar to be at the court date that was days away. Relative was not a nervous, attorney was respectful, and provided sound legal advice. Will definitely call this firm again.
