they're very friendly and are always super quick to connect you to your agent with some simple questions. But I will say if it's small stuff that doesn't require a phone call and it's more email like documents it takes time to get back. So be prepared to wait 5 to 7 business days for an email

So far everything has been ok I’m just getting started so I haven’t really experienced anything but the introduction and intake of me and my cases and so far has done a good job. The people are very caring and respectful. Overall I happy with you all.

I've never worked with them, but I'm curious if they know how absolutely terrible their radio commercials are. Whoever they got to rap/sing those songs can neither rap or sing and it's close to the worst I've ever heard of either. They seem to take care of their clients though so that's good. May be time for a different approach to the radio commercials because they are really bad. Keep taking care of the city though I can appreciate that.

So far my experience has been good. Everyone from the team has been very helpful and prompt with everything.
