I feel like my case was not important to them at all when I got in my car accident I was pregnant at the time.i was barely getting update on my case unless I called and check on it myself.when it came down talking about how much I get back they didn’t try hard enough to get amount that I deserve being pregnant and hit.Plus i didn’t get my check tell i had my baby and I have to get out the house with c section just cash a check just get looped around and places I was trying cash my check,but when I got my check for my car get fixed they let me direct deposit straight to my bank account.I just feel like whatever I got was just throwing amount in not thinking about my car accident at all or pregnancy .

Phil was my cousins best friend before he passed- so when needing an attorney, I trusted he would treat me like family and do his best.WRONG! Fast forward over a year later, no resolution and he just drops the case! No explanation NOTHING and the courts let him. Over an accident that was not my fault. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE- WAY MORE QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS ELSWWHERE

My experience with Votaw Law was very positive. The attorneys I worked with - Phil and Bret- were knowledgeable, professional, and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. My main communication was with Bret and he was excellent. Whether I called or emailed with questions, he always responded quickly. I was Charged with a DWI 1st offense. I was a nervous wreck. I am 65 years old and have never had a ticket. My Criminal Defense Attorney is Ryan Norris. After meeting him I felt less nervous but still worried about the situation of course. Trial day came and mine was the last of the day. Watching other trials before mine I thought for sure I was in trouble. The difference between other observed Attorneys that day and Ryan Norris was night and day. Gabi was very kind and made me feel like I had been there a million times before but in reality it was my first time walking through the door. Phil was kind and gave me his full attention and listened earnestly. Marissa has always been kind with every interaction I have had with her and helping me with all my questions regarding my case. One thing I can’t talk enough about is, when she doesn’t haven an answer right then, she gets me and answer and makes sure to follow up.

I would recommend them because they had put up with me alot because I didnt made enough time for them even though they themselves made alot of effort on my case. They were kind and did check in with me for many months and updated me throughout the entire time. If its your first incident i recommend them they explain alot and has a lot of patience with you and willing to answer many question you have. I without a doubt would go through them again
