Our family hired this firm to protect our family home from foreclosure. We provided PandA Law Firm with our faith and several thousands of dollars to represent us, unfortunately due their negligence of not following Nevada statue timelines they lost our case and home. When they realized their mistake, they kept our money and dropped us as clients. Pawning us off to another attorney with no experience in our type of case. This law firm took our money, trust and hope away with their malpractice style of low standard of care service. We do not recommend you trust this firm with your case or money. We hired them originally because of their high ratings but all that is just false marketing. This law firm will try to save face on this review with their crises management rebuttals but if you are a potential client ask yourself this, do you want a lawyer that rebuttals you as a client or a lawyer that will focus their energy on rebutting your legal opponents? Don't trust attorneys that have to rebuke their clients, specially when there is more then one client that they have to defend themselves from bad reviews.

I’m going to be honest. We made PandA our 1st stop/choice to see if they can resolve our bankruptcy. Without getting into specifics of our debt we were told straight up we had little to no chance of getting a chapter 7. We were also told it would be $400 approx to take the means test which we all knew we were not gonna pass at the time. We had a debt total that was 5 figures in amount and we barely made more income than the Nevada limits for 2 people. I told the lawyer who met with us that I can get my income reduced for a period of time (getting fired) so we would qualify for income earned. He didn’t want to budge and said that’s illegal etc. We went to another law firm and we were given all opportunities to explain our story and not only did the other law firm work with us all the way through. Step by step. The fee they charged was a lot and I mean a lot less than PandA. Bottomline. Shop around. Don’t let anyone tell you no. And price it out. We were thrilled we were told yes and we successfully had a discharged chapter 7 and are so appreciative and thankful for that law firm’s help in getting our lives back in order. And not forced to do a chapter 13 that would of cost us over $40k. At the end of the day we have zero debt and with just some adjustments in the court filings. It came out to a little over $2k. We can not give any recommendation for this firm. We retained this firm with a $2500 fee February 2025 immediately completed the debtor courses but six months later with the deadline expiring requiring retaking and repaying for debtor education courses the case had still not been filed. To make matters worse the firm lied about sending the fee in a refund for two weeks to another firm. Finally after visiting offices was issued a promised refund. The good news is we got the case filed , debts discharged and case closed for $1000 less (only $1500) via a different law firm.
