Recently divorced. Initial visit I explained my needs and was assured they could be met as long as my ex agreed. Even though it was the holiday season, I was able to get a uncontested divorce within the 3 weeks that he promised. Attorney Rochelle and his staff are very professional and very knowledgeable of military laws as well definitely recommend.

Going through a divorce while deployed was one of the most stressful things I’ve ever dealt with, but this law firm made the process so much easier. They were professional, responsive, and always kept me in the loop, even with the time difference. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Joanna, the legal assistant. She truly went above and beyond—she even skipped her lunch break just to track down a judge and get the signature we needed to finalize everything. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Robin was the ONLY attorney in Lawton to even take my case seriously. He immediately knew what I was talking about and knew what needed to be done. Within a week of our first intake appointment I had a resolution on my issue. His office staff even tolerated my daily calls for status updates (I was very anxious). Payment was easy and very fair. If I ever need to be represented again in Comanche County again, I would turn to Rochelle & Associates.

Robins office is great! They will help you get what you want. There was a few periods over the year where it took awhile on my part or my exs part to get something done but when I called to check in they had everything lined out quickly. Finally divorced after a full year trying to get my ex who moved 22 hours away to get this finalized. Robins office assistants are very kind and understanding ladies. 10/10 recommend. 🙂 <3

I did not know any attorneys in Lawton, so when I was faced with a divorce, I checked here on Google. I chose Robin Rochelle based on his rating and reviews. It was a good decision, and I would recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance. He and his staff delivered exactly what was agreed upon, in a professional, discreet, and timely manner. It was reassuring to know such an experienced team was working on my behalf.

What a joke. I'm giving them 2 stars because in the beginning they were awesome. But the paralegal I was getting help from messed up my decree about 7 or 8 times, when I was very clear on what needed to be stated. She ended up quitting due to bad work environment there, and when I called because I STILL needed help with my decree, months after starting the divorce, I was told by the other paralegal there that I could REPAY them for more editing on my decree. When I was set to be divorced in November 2024, here I am in mid January 2025 still needing help. Do not use them for any reason.

I do not recommend, please. He is not a good lawyer at all, does not even look at the case till the day of court. He literally took us to the wrong court room. Doesn’t reply to emails, doesn’t care at all. And Chelsey Drew’s recommendation is legit. She was a witness and flew all the way from Canada and was not even called up as a witness when she was the most important witness to be called. He doesn’t even deserve a star. I can go on and on how horrible he is. Please don’t waste your money or time. He does not care or fight.
