I was a victim of Identity theft and some one got an American Express card under my name. Instead of contacting me, AmerExpress filed a law suit against me. I called Shuster LAW and hired this firm to represent me. My attorney was mr. Sinha. He didn't just take my case and tried to settle, he cared about my interests and did everything possible to prove my innocence. Great communication thru online portal, he gave me clear instructions about what he needs and what kind of documentation I need to produce. At the end, AmerExpress dropped all the charges against me and all thanks to Mr Sinha and his professionalism! Scheduled a phone call with them and they never called. Rescheduled the phone call again, and they still didn't call. No heads up, nothing. I don't know how they can keep clients when they can't even keep an appointment. Absurd EDIT: You might want to read what those reminders actually say. Because they do not tell me to initiate the call. I received dozens of texts and emails that ALL say that YOU will call ME.
