This guy will take your money and then dodge your calls and not work for you at all. Although I paid him to represent me, he wouldn’t advise me and missed court appearances and ultimately I got screwed by not hiring someone else. Will be filing a formal complaint with the state bar association.

This attorney/group won’t do anything for your case but you take you money. Poor communication, neglected case, incompetent. The only time you’ll hear from his paralegal Lucille R. Galvan is to take payment. Expect no communication. Arrogance about how many years she’s been on the field. Making you seem like you don’t know any better. Don’t bother complying about his paralegal. It’s his mother. Hired Mr. De Luna on child support case March 19, 2021 and he ignored my case completely. Took me 4 months to get a hold of him and that because I had requested a refund that I heard from him. He didn’t fight for my case nor took it seriously. He missed 3 court dates and had to be postponed. The first one rearranging the court date without informing me. The second because he was out of state on a deposition and had his sister Jennifer take ove my case, not what I was expecting since Mr De Luna was hired for the case. Mrs. Jennifer also ignored calls and messages. She provided contact information so we could go over my case later to be ignored. On the third hearing he didn’t know what was going on and asked the other party (one week) extension to review the case, which it took two months for him to finally contact me to go over the case. On the final and fourth hearing he was stuttering and simply complying with the other party request not taking in consideration what we had discussed. Once the case was finalized he messaged me "we won the case" when he in fact he didn’t even know what we had "won". Consider another lawyer you’ll save time, money and stress.

He took my fathers case but I hired him and we won but he never gave me the papers to evict the people that were in our house. So basically it was as if we had lost. He stop replaying to my calls and he blamed the court. I called the court and they told me he was the one that had to give me those papers. He took advantage of me being young and he charged me a good amount not to follow through. I would not recommend him since for me he is not a man of word.

I really dnt recommend this lawyer agency the worse experience ever and big money robbed, in court there aswell worse to appeal . Always telling that case it's difficult excuses 2 yrs of waiting and still didnt did nothing our case already dismissed in 6 months by another lawyer . Also no office or place to contact them.
