Sophia is a nice woman and was helpful during the process but when I signed my settlement document she changed her extension and I was unable to reach her at all afterwards. Lisa also stopped taking my calls. The biggest problem with Top Notch Injury Attorneys is their communication. It's honestly quite terrible but they do their jobs and do it well, and I am definitely grateful that they took on my case.
