Shane handled a couple of legal matters for our family and single handedly changed my opinion of lawyers. He was professional, caring and did outstanding work for us. His entire office was polite, efficient and very professional. Will never use another firm as long as this firm is available.

Complete fraud, cost me my daughter. Loaded them for bear, ABUSIVE WIFE, BEATING ME AND THE KID. What does MY attorney do ? THEY DISSMISS THE EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE ORDER... Lies to me infront of the judge when i protest. She tells me dont't worry it will bentaken care of in the standard orders. She then proceeds to let the OPPOSITE counsel dictate the terms; Which GIVES ME only 4 DAYS A MONTH WITH HER LEAVES HER WITH MY ABUSIVE wife. .. ALL BECAUSE SHE HAD ANOTHER CASE TO GET TO IN FAIRHOPE. I had one chance ONE to get my daughter away.this lady pulled a switch on me at the literal last second. Far Too late for my slow brain fully understand… but I bet she made it to fairhope on time.. oh and they they had already charged me 2000.00 to read 8 emails.Thatd after taking anf holding 3000 of my money. If you care and want to be represented.. DONT go with these lazy crooks especially NOT if there a childs safety and welfare involved. I emailed twice to discuss serious issues where they had failed, they never supplied a writen reply. Instead they did a call ambush on me, while I was working. TWO of them called me, Emily the inappropriately dressed sundress and sports coat wearing gal who apparently represented me and some male who NEVER identified himself. Instead of wanting to discuss the issues, they YELL at me and want to blame me. The last call I was litterlay even allowed to talk... so I simply said YOURE FIRED and hung up. I was abused for 15 years by the woman I unfortunately married. Psychologically, verbally, and physically the only reason I stayed was for my child. To protect her. Unless youve been in such a situation its truly hard to grasp it. People say. " well it would NEVER happed to me, I would just leave. Sure, I said that too. I never in a million years would have dreamed this would happen to me. I thought I could fix her. But it turned out she wasnt broken, she is just evil and mentally deranged. Look up the utube videos on Narrasistic people and how to deal with them. I honestly thought they were not real. Couldnt be... but those videos saved my life. There are those evil people out there that prey on good people. Dealing with these attorney were just like I was back in that deranged marriage. They didnt listen to me. They didnt care about me. They did what they wanted. NOT what I requested or needed. I lost everything thanks to thier incompetence. I had an emergency order asking for: My child immediately to get her away from the abusive mother. My work car. My house where I had my tools at. My dog. What did these jerks do? Dismissed it, What did i get ? 4 days a month of visitation until the trial. WOW..... They had ONE CHANCE to get it done. ONE... Now I cant even get to work... They let the other attorney whom she had had for 4 days RUN EVERYTHING. Now this is 100% true. Its not about getting them back....this review is about protecting YOU and your child if youre ever in the same situation.
