In 2024, I was in an accident in downtown Nashville. A careless driver ran a stop sign and totaled my Cadillac XT5. I had injuries to my knee, back and neck, and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Several days later, I spoke with the claims adjuster for the other driver. They took full responsibility for the accident, but were very tough to work with. They totally paid 100% for my totaled vehicle, but wanted to pay a ridiculously low figure for my injuries, and even to put me back in a suitable vehicle. I called John, and he asked to meet after the weekend. We met, and I knew immediately I was with the right team. John has a highly skillful group of people surrounding him that truly care about their clients. His case manager, Nathan fought hard for me during the whole ordeal. He was very mindful as thing materialized, how to put me in the best spot. Jenny, another attorney, was on my case as well handling the medical end. She did a phenomenal job! I went through depositions with Jenny and Nathan, and they overshadowed the defense attorney hands down. John was a superman in the end. On the day of settlement, he thoroughly negotiated my case for hours in the board room, with me and my wife in attendance. I do not know where I would have wound up had I not used Griffith Law, but I can tell you that my case settled for 7 times what the defendant's adjuster offered in the beginning. Do yourself a favor, and don't bother calling another attorney. You found the best in Griffith Law. They are caring, and will fight smart and hard for you!

I recently have had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Lauren. Lauren was absolutely amazing, I am not text savvy at all.
