Mr. Andrew Sacks has been my attorney for years, worked quite a few cases of mine, and he has always done his best for me. He has not just been an attorney; but he has been somebody who has taught me things along the way. Mr. Sacks has spoken to me as a family member would, to instill strength in me and hold me accountable while doing everything he can to help me. He has not only done so much for me, but for my family as well. I highly recommend Mr. Andrew Sacks; as he is somebody who knows the law and cares for his clients as well. My husband contacted Attorney Andrew Sacks to handle an appeal for our son's case. A few months into the case, Attorney Sacks states he was working on it. He knew when he took the case that he didn't have a snowball chance in he'll to get our son released. Under his handling of the case he was appealing from another lawyer handling the case first, our son was sent to a correction facility for 60 days. He had to call Attorney Sacks office to let Attorney Sacks know where he was transferred to. FINALLY Attorney Sacks said he would put in a motion. He also stated since this was our son FIRST TIME he now knows whst it feel like and this will be an eye opener for him. I went along with it in hope he would be released on work release or house arrest. Attorney Sacks did not request any of this to the courts. In the meantime our son is now transferred to another correction facility to complete his time of 6 more months under Attorney Andrew Sacks watch. Not a Court Appointed Attorney. A PAID$$$$ Attorney Andrew Sacks. I wouldn't recommend Attorney Andrew Sacks to nobody. We got nothing for our money but " I am working on it. Now hevis paid. Our son is doing the time that we might as well had let him have a court appointed lawyer. I believe the court appointed lawyer would have done a much better job. ATTORNEY SACKS GOT PAID FOR NOTHING. I do not recommend you contacting him to fornothing. He will take your money and you will still stay in jail. No you end transferred to 2 non violent offenders facilities for 9 months. He would have been out otherwise if he was at the Capitol January 6th. I still I thank God he wasn't. Left up to Attorney Andrew Sacks he would have rotted in there.

I recommended Andrew Sacks to my husband because the firm had handled a couple of accident cases for me in the past. However, his father Stanley was assigned the case. Big mistake, the father has been working in this case for 3 years.He doesn’t remember conversations and every six months we hear, "we have everything we need" then the next call, they request more medical paperwork. The insurance company had paid them and the money is sitting in their account because they can’t straighten out the medical bills. My husband is running around doing their job. Stay away and get someone else. Daddy Sacks needs to retire!!

Hired him because he was expensive and came highly recommended. Terrible representation on a criminal case. Would avoid having him as an attorney. During the appeal, Andrew Sacks sent an affidavit to dismiss the appeal on behalf of prosecution! How's that for representation.

If you want an amazing criminal lawyer, ANDREW SACKS is your man!! my trial took a couple of hours but this man hit every fact on the head! He beat my case and left my prosecutor looking dumb! I will always recommend Andrew! I appreciate his team and Him very much.
