I engaged this company at the recommendation of a real estate agent. I spoke in detail to them about my concern that they be accountable and responsive for their billing practices. I agreed to engage them for a real estate transaction and sent a retainer. They made 2 revisions to a real estate contract last summer. No more work was requested or authorized since early August last year. Months went by with no bill. Finally after asking for an invoice on more than one occasion, I received an invoice. Not only had they blown through the thousands of dollars sent as a retainer, but they sent a bill for hundreds of dollars in additional charges, several being weeks after any communication with them and certainly not requested or authorized by me. I only discovered this after receiving a bill 5 months after they did any work and after having to bug them. Their excuse for not sending an invoice is that they hadn't entered my address! It was emailed to them at their request when I contracted for their services. They had my email and phone number also. Beware this outfit!

This firm represents an unethical and Ill commitment to its clients. I contacted the firm to establish a structure. The legal representatives conveyed to me that they would return my call when they organized a team to address my questions I called after not receiving a call back after 30 days and the paralegal receptionist was very unprofessional and it is unfortunate to have a firm serving Americans such as the one identified. Consider this recommendation to be in the best interest of your future investment to go to another firm.

Overpriced. Service extremely slow. The team hard a really hard time trying to understand the limited scope of what we were trying to accomplish. We eventually just gave up because they charged us so much that our legal budget was gone before we even had a finished product.
