Tom was an amazing lawyer who helped me with my car accident case. He checked in with me periodically, and was patient and professional. Anytime I missed his personal phone call, he would call me back within the hour. One time, after I missed his phone call, I called back and spoke to his secretary and told her I was finishing up with one of my clients (I’m a hair stylist), and asked her if he could call me back in 20 minutes.
