Attorney BIG AL - Jason Fine

I cannot recommend jason fine enough. I am beyond grateful for the support and dedication my lawyer showed throughout my case. From the very beginning, he was patient, responsive, and truly took the time to explain everything so I never felt lost or overwhelmed. He consistently had my best interests at heart and made a stressful situation feel manageable. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who is not only skilled, but truly compassionate.

Attorney Big Al - Justin Fine turned out to be the absolute worst. My car accident was in North Carolina. On day one he said my was would be handled by his associate. Two years contestable period approached he tried to refer to another attorney who declined to take the case. He did absolutely nothing. I have outstanding bills and he refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. His office has nothing to say except talk to him. No response, no paperwork, one visit to my home just to meet prior to other lawyer turned down case because contestable period expired. Three years now with outstanding bills and still no return call. Attorney Big Al - Jason Fine needs to stop answering every call and let secretaries do their job and he needs to handle lawyer business instead of trying to grab every case that "he cannot handle". He turned out to be the "Worst Law firm" I ever dealt with.

What can I say about this firm? Let’s start here—I was in a car accident that required me to undergo treatment and physical therapy for quite some time. I was referred to Jason, and honestly, it was the best thing that could have happened. From start to finish, Jason and his team were patient, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. I never once felt unsure or concerned throughout the process. This was my very first time going through something like this, and they walked me through every step with care and clarity. While I worked hard to regain my strength, Jason and his staff made the entire experience so much easier to navigate. Their consistent communication, professionalism, and dedication gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. What could have remained a traumatic chapter in my life turned into something positive thanks to this team. Jason, you have earned a loyal client in me. Jason was really patient with me and always willing to take the time to explain the court and filling process for my first ever case. He helped w/ getting me the correct resources, physical therapy, etc so that I could have more peace of mind. When I had my accident and call Jason he immediately picked up the phone. He walked me through my entire case and kept me in the loop of everything that was going on! The staff are very professional and courteous. I’d recommend any of my family and friends to him if they were in an accident or any situation. Best lawyer ever!

This has been a terrible experience for me and my family. If I could give 0 stars, I would. For context, Jason Fine took my case when my father contacted him in early 2021. At that time, I was still a minor, so my dad was the one getting the ball rolling. (My dad told me multiple times how poor the communication was and how, most of the time, Jason would just straight-up ignore him for months on end, not answering any calls or texts.) Anyways, come 2024, Jason calls my dad up and says, "Good news, the case is coming to an end. We should meet to discuss what is happening, and I’ll be in contact soon to plan when and where we would meet." Long story short, he never called back or answered any of my dad’s calls and texts. After months of trying, my dad finally got ahold of the receptionist, and she informed him that he, in fact, could not talk to Jason about my case because I am an adult now, and it would have to be me that talked to him. So, my dad gave me the number to his office, and finally, I got to speak with him. He gave me his personal number and said we would meet at his office on Thursday, October 23rd, at 1 p.m., and that he would call me an Uber since I had no means of transportation. Well, low and behold, he did not answer any texts or phone calls from me that day, or any day since then. It is now 12/10/25, and still, I know absolutely nothing about my case. It honestly feels as though he is doing this purposely to sabotage the case. I really have no clue. There is no explanation or excuse for what he is doing.

I must say Jason Fine has been one of the best personal injured Attorneys I’ve ever dealt with very aggressive on reaching the settlement with one of the most hard to deal with insurance companies. I would recommend him to anybody no problems no issues real bulldog when it goes to getting Case settled if I could give him 10 stars, I would!!
