Horrible service. No concern for prospective clients. When I first talked to them I thought I was speaking with someone taking an order at a drive through. Poor customer service. Was supposed to get a call back at a specific time the next day to get more info. Never heard back from them. When I called to find out why I had heard nothing back I was simply put on hold. No apology. No asking if I was OK with holding. If they care so little about clients that they can't even be bothered to get back to them then I'm most certainly not going to trust them with my valuable time, or my case. As it should be. There's plenty of better, more well reviewed attorneys out there who will keep their appointment, and in turn show you the consideration that these folks are not. I suggest steering clear.
