They were my first experience dealing with lawyers and they certainly live up to the negative hype that lawyers have. Took ages to process anything but sure got after you when they wanted their money for all of the copies and stamps they used. The only pleasant person I ever met here was the woman working the front desk, our lawyer and his assistant were awful both in their work and their attitudes.

My attorney Kristen Basham was super capable and professional when I first met her to discuss my divorce unfortunately that version of her never showed up for hearings or in meetings afterwards. She was not prepared or had read through material prior "I haven’t had a chance to look through what you sent" or "I’ll get this to you this afternoon" and I received nothing for days. She took my safety concerns very lightly and after I terminated I had to file my own protection order by far the worst experience and money spent for any legal services rendered. She supposedly reported to the partners but I question if they actually even knew anything about my case except the retainer cost. I’m sure she’s a great attorney but that wasn’t my experience of her at all, she did not show up for me and my daughter. Her lack of action in my case my new attorney and I are trying to rectify.
