I would characterize my experience with Ghitterman, Ghitterman & Feld as very poor. My case was primarily handled by Tanya, Anton and Russell, who were impossible to reach, knew nothing about my case, and withheld important information that would help to move my case forward. When I complained to the case manager about responding to emails she told me that it is expected to wait for up to 30 days for a response. The case manager also told me she could answer legal questions, which is untrue, only a licensed attorney in the state of California can answer legal questions. Most of my emails got no response. After 3 years of repeated foot-dragging and unresponsiveness I fired Anton. The only employee that was helpful and knowledgable was Selma a different case manager that helped me on one occasion. This firm is nothing but a puppy mill for workers comp cases. I would highly recommend calling a different firm if you want help with your workers comp case.

I had an attorney before Ben Feld who didn't do things well (to be polite). My case was reopened and we won with Mr. Feld (and team) a better outcome. My case set precedent because of their hard work! Instead of getting a small amount with the first lawyer I am receiving checks for the rest of my life. No one wanted to help the little guy (me) except Ben Feld.

This law firm is trash. First sign of trouble they folded. A attorney law firm must be confident solid empowering. Yndira made it sound so good but it was just talk. They said my case was not feasible and didn’t say why. Now I will look for a different attorney. No worries. Oh and the dude answering the phone calls puts you on hold for up to 5 minutes. Don’t bother they care about their self not your injury.

I would like to leave a brief explanation to whom it may concern. Diane Madrid explained her position with such clarity in assisting my understanding of the WC System. As that I have PTSD AS PER MY ACCIDENT WHICH RESULTED IN MEMORY ISSUES.
