I went to OPO Law without an appointment and upon arrival I was greeted by Lidia at the front desk. She was very polite and nice and listened to the case I was presenting to them. Lidia called Diana Ortiz and she asked me all the pertinent questions and wrote everything down and made me feel super comfortable. My entire experience was great. Their office very nice and welcoming. I will rate them a 10+ !!!

Our experience with this attorney was extremely unprofessional. After payment was made, communication became inconsistent and at times nonexistent. We repeatedly reached out for updates regarding my good friends case and were met with silence. For such an important legal matter, this level of disregard and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to consider a different attorney who is responsive and committed to their clients.
