Extremely friendly wonderful people would definitely recommend. First time I have ever been in a car accident where not only I was hurt bad enough to go to the hospital, but both of my kids were with me. The insurance company had sent me a bunch of papers dealing with the claim for the accident. I was very overwhelmed with all the paperwork and physically not doing well let alone mentally not doing well and had no idea how to handle things. Miss Eve was absolutely amazing she would catch me on some days where I was having a not so great day mentally because of everything that was going on and simply just listen to me, which I know it’s not part of her job, but just to have that was a true testimony, but how amazing of a person she really was. I am very unhappy with the services at Morris Bart. My experience was not good. Initially my attorney told me he was the best at handling my type of case. He assured me that he would be successful. As time went on he became very rude, he belittled me, attempting to manipulate me. He did not have my best interest at heart. His practices were unethical .

Morris Bart was extremely easy to use. They handled everything from the very beginning and made sure I was happy and satisfied. My only complaint was that it was extremely challenging to get in touch with the agent I was using (she is not a part of the company anymore.) I tried to contact her numerous times throughout my time with her, even leaving voicemails, and my calls were not returned. I understand the firm is extremely busy but I would have liked a phone call back whenever she was available - no matter the time.
