Cofman Townsley is a great law firm to go with in my opinion. Tom Wall was off the charts in keeping me updated & informed. Both Tom Wall & his assistants were very helpful in guiding me through the process & making sure my medical issues were addressed. When they were not in office or with another client, they were always prompt in returning my calls or answering my questions, either by phone call, text or email… and by "prompt" I mean they got back to me within a few minutes or sometime that day or the very NEXT day at the latest. Also, when I submitted any info or updated my medical care, all I had to do was text a number they gave me, I’d text the update & it automatically went into my file …as simple as that. I never felt rushed and Tom was always very courteous & appreciative of any input I had to offer & he expressed that gratitude.
