Blackburn Romey has handled our case for 1 year. Our case had involved a big truck accident where the truck company was at fault. Wow, where do I start from the beginning when I had so much anxiety about how I spoke after the accident they were very patient and I felt very caring and just listened with so much kindness. And as the years went by five to be exact. They never suede from the caring and kindness that I had from the very beginning. And I know they could have gotten very annoyed with me. Because with a brain injury at least mine and I know this through my daughters that I asked the same questions and I asked kind of childlike questions. They have always answered my question with loving kindness. And if they didn't know the answer, they would get back to me as soon as possible, which I always loved and with no holds barred answers, and that is another thing that I love as well. Diane and Rachel and Chad, will Will always have a place in my heart, because this is been extremely hard for me and it has been a challenge every day is something maybe new to me and then something maybe taken away. But that team has made me feel human, and not just a case.
