I was represented by Kit Gambill and I was very impressed with how professional and personable she was. She took the time to understand the situation completely and worked very hard to achieve the desired results. Her advice was easy to understand and she helped me through what was otherwise a very tough time for me. I would recommend her both for the way she genuinely cares about her clients and for how well she handled the case despite several difficult challenges that arose. If I ever need representation of any sort again they will be my first call.

Not educated about the law. Chris Gambill is a personal injury attorney but charges $100 to prepare simple wills. Was told by Gambill that I couldn’t be my uncle’s sole power of attorney since I don’t live in the same state as my uncle. Multiple estate planning attorneys licensed in both Indiana and Illinois said this is not true and that I could be both my uncles power of attorney and healthcare representative while living in Illinois. In addition, Gambill said 50% of my uncles MUST go to his wife (my aunt) who has Parkinson’s disease. The same attorneys in consulted after him said this is not true, and suggested workarounds for this. Chris is just limited in his field of knowledge. His receptionist is quite daft too. Every time you end a call with her and say "thank you", she yells out a big "uh huh" and hangs up. She says that everyday in a such a condescending Karen-like voice. There were also multiple times I called asking her to relay a message to Chris when he was not available and Chris never called me back. Perhaps the message was never delivered. Either way, consulting Chris Gambill was such a waste of both my Uncles and my time. If you have the option to, look elsewhere. You’ll be treated with far more dignity, compassion, and most importantly, given more accurate information pertaining to the law by pretty much every other attorney in the state of Indiana.

Erin is absolutely fantastic. Very caring and genuine. I was hesitant at first since she was a young, newer lawyer, but rest assured... she is prompt, fair, and will be open and honest with you through the process. She gives you all options up front with no BS. What was a very stressful situation for me, Erin made it as stress-free as possible. She will certainly be my go to lawyer for any child custody issues from now on.

Highly recommend this law firm. Was our first choice for a custody battle — dad fighting for custody. We worked with Noah, Paul and Kit Gambill. All attorneys were so great to work with! Kit took over our case towards the end and was amazing. Immediately studied the case and we knew we were in great hands! She was always quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns, was very honest, and did everything and more than we asked. Our case was a little complicated but Kit was on point with everything. Mediation was a very simple process — Kit made sure of that. We got what we asked for and can’t thank her enough for working with us and being patient with us through this difficult time. We will definitely work with her again if needed!

Scheduled phone interview on Monday March 29 with Ms. Gambill for Friday April 2, 2021. I conveyed to her the nature of my case and explained in detail the need to get something in writing in front of the woman I am divorcing, before she permanently left town. MS. Gambill stated she could help and told me her fee. We agreed and I signed E-docs that she required that same day. On the morning of the following Thursday, April 8, 2021, I personally hand delivered the necessary back documents and other papers pertinent, along with a check for $2500 to her office. I did not occur to me to follow-up as MS. Gambill came highly recommended and I assumed that as fact. When I inquired on the status of the filing the morning of April 16, 2021, I was informed no action had been taken because I had not provided a retainer. I told the receptionist the check was in the files. Upon her return, she would not confirm the check was there, but said that MS. Gambill would call me. I heard nothing. Monday April 19, 2021 I went to Ms. Gambill's office to collect my files and have my check returned only to be informed that it had been deposited and when it clears their bank they will send a check. This inhibits my ability to retain an attorney immediately and causes more delay.This inaction and less than professional handling of this matter has already begun to cause significant complications in my life situation. MS. Gambill has yet to call me. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone and I intend to file a formal complaint with the state bar. John Thomas Torrence

Mr. Jungers is an amazing attorney. I would highly recommend Paul Jungers, he is easy to contact, listens attentively and goes out of his way to provide the best legal representation possible. Mr. Jungers answered all of my questions and addressed any concern I had with my case. Paul is highly reguarded in the legal community and for good reason. Paul fought hard for me on my case and we received not guilty verdicts on very serious charges. If you’re looking for a top notch criminal defense lawyer look no where else.

My mother in law had a will drawn up by Kit who told her that everything she wanted was completely legal. After she passed, we find out it isn’t and that the lawyers her knew it the entire time. Kit has left so we spoke with Chris Gambill who was unprofessional and very arrogant.
