It took them nearly two weeks to respond about a consult. They were supposed to send me an engagement letter but I never received it.

My family and I hired Ms.. Moore about a year and a half ago to handle probate for my brother’s estate. From the very beginning, she explained what I needed to do and accomplish to complete the task as his personal representative. She was patient and thorough as I was completely unfamiliar with this kind of matter. For me, I could not have gotten any attorney that was a better fit for this probate. Deborah was a great help in filling the proper responses for my case and made the process of fighting this wonderful eviction a lot smoother. My case was dismissed and she helped me file a countersuit. UPDATE: She incorrectly filled my request for attorneys fees and when the judge declined my request had the nerve to tell me (in context of justice being served because I was wrongfully evicted and shouldn't have had to hire a lawyer in the first place) " it reminds me of a cartoon strip I once saw... (Lawyer reviews clients case) looks good but how much justice can you afford" reported her to the bar they told her to give me my money back.

This is the worst "lawyer" I have ever went to. The guy does not even try to get you the best compensation possible and always settles for the least amount. I went through him a few times not knowing anything about how the whole process works and he took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Looking back at how he handled things with our case, i realized that this guy is a burn. Stay away from this "lawyer", he is by far the worst in Albuquerque. And no I’m not talking about the last business that was at this location, I’m talking about Kerry Morris. Worst "lawyer" I ever had represent me.

After many unfortunate circumstances surrounding my injury case and lots of pushback, I was pleased with the work and results Mr Morris and Marc put in. Highly recommend.
