I rarely write reviews but this is literally the worst experience I have had in dealing with a professional business. I moved from Oregon to NC which was stressful in itself but dealing with this company made it worse. They were completely unresponsive. I had to reach out at every interaction. I would fed-ex money to them and would have to reach out to see if they received it and to ask for a receipt. They did not ever inform me of any of their processes regarding closings. The attorney was late for our conference call as if my time was not important. And the final straw was that they did not pay my invoice out of my closing costs and weeks later informed me of their mistake (while not really admitting it was their mistake- they danced around this) and told me there was an invoice that I needed to pay for a home warranty. If you're looking for a law office to represent you in a home sale, I would not choose this one, unless you plan to micromanage and do most of the work yourself.

The Law office is both knowledgeable and professional.
